*BOOKING POLICY: DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

In order to run a bespoke clinic service, it is necessary for us to take a deposit at the time of booking to confirm your attendance.

DEPOSITS

Consultations – Consultation fees are payable in full, in advance, at the time of booking. Details of the various consultations available can be found here.

Treatments – We will now also take a deposit for treatment upon booking. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on treatment and will be offset against treatment cost:

Aestheticians   £75 / treatment
Dr Norup Fillers, peels, lasers and botox will require a 25% deposit;
Thread-lifts will require a 50% deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

  • More than 48 hours prior to the appointment, please notify by phone or email in order to transfer your deposit.
  • If cancelling less than 48 hours prior to an appointment, whether for a consultation or treatment, the deposit will be lost (extreme cases will be reconsidered).
  • For any cancellation, an email must be sent, advising the reason for cancellation.

RESCHEDULING

  • More than 48 hours prior to the appointment, please notify us by phone or email in order to transfer your deposit.
  • If you reschedule less than 48 hours prior to an appointment, an email must be sent.
    • In order to transfer the deposit, you must reschedule the appointment in question within 4 weeks of the original booking. Note this can only be done once in relation to the original booking.

PLEASE NOTE: If a patient cancels/reschedules treatments multiple times, they will be asked to pay the full cost of subsequent treatments in advance, at the time of booking, after which the above cancellation / rescheduling policy comes into effect.
